The location was perfect, just steps away from the beach. The staff was incredibly friendly, making every moment enjoyable, especially at the bar with creative cocktails.

Unfortunately, the food selection was limited, and we encountered issues with wait times for service. Our room had a persistent noise from the hallway that impacted our sleep.

I enjoyed my stay immensely. The breakfast options were delicious and plentiful. The staff was consistently friendly, making every encounter a pleasure. The beachfront view added to the charm. My room was clean and well-maintained. 🌊

We loved the kids' club where our children enjoyed fun activities like crafts and games! The hotel’s location was perfect for exploring the vibrant town and the beautiful beach was fantastic for collecting seashells. The food was delicious too, especially at the beachfront restaurant.

In my wife's opinion, the check-in process was frustrating and could be better organized for families.

Welcoming staff, enjoyable dining. the breakfast offerings were always satisfactory and included diverse options, and the proximity to the beach allowed for relaxing strolls as well as excellent access to local attractions and activities just a short ride from the nearby airport.

I had a lovely time at Buenaventura Grand, especially during our romantic getaway. The beachfront view captivated me. The staff stood out. their friendliness made every interaction enjoyable. Carlos and Victor at the beach were attentive and made sure we were comfortable. The breakfast options were impressive, fresh fruit and pastries always available. Room service needed improvement. some meals arrived cold and were limited in variety. The location is ideal, just a couple blocks from Malecon, making it easy to explore and find nice restaurants. However, I encountered slow service at the pool bar, and during our visit, a nearby hurricane caused limited food availability, which was frustrating. The honeymoon suite Jacuzzi offered a nice touch, but the bathroom showed signs of age and could use an upgrade.

Amazingly friendly staff and fantastic location! The beach was just a stone’s throw away, making explorations super easy and fun! ! Great drinks added to the enjoyable ambiance during my stay.

Expect constant pressure from timeshare sales upon arrival, which detracts from the welcoming atmosphere. Additionally, some dining experiences fell short, leaving much to be desired in both food quality and service.

Unfortunately, the adult pool area wasn’t available during our stay due to a private wedding event, pushing us into a noisy family pool that wasn't what we expected. Additionally, the salt and pepper shakers in the buffet were practically useless due to humidity, and the maid service often forgot to restock coffee supplies in the room. Lastly, noise from other guests in the hallways made it tough to enjoy some peace and quiet.

The hotel has a beautiful location, just a short walk to the vibrant city center and local shops. The views from the beachside restaurant are outstanding, especially during sunset. The staff were generally welcoming and attentive, which made the stay enjoyable. However, there were some issues with room cleaning, as our rooms were not done until late in the afternoon on one day. Overall, I appreciated the clean facilities and decent food options during my week-long stay.

The Deluxe Double Room was decent but definitely felt a bit dated. It was clean, and the beds were comfy enough for a good night's sleep. Sometimes it got noisy from outside, but I managed. The bathroom had all the essentials, although it could use a little refresh. Overall, it was fine for what we needed during our stay.

the shower was really outdated and moldy. but the staff were AMAZING! ! they remembered my name and drink preferences! the food options were fantastic, especially the fresh fruits! loved lounging by the beautiful beach!
